Momentum integrates directly with Virtuous CRM+ to keep your donor data, Gift history, and outreach activity in sync. Whether you manage major donor portfolios or log touchpoints on the go, the integration provides a seamless experience between Momentum and Virtuous. Momentum uses the Virtuous API to support two-way data sync, giving your team real-time visibility without manual updates or duplicate entry.
Setting Up the Integration
Momentum connects to Virtuous CRM+ via secure API authentication. During onboarding, your Implementation Manager will set up your integration and will work with you to decide which fields to map fields and review key workflows.
Data Sync: Virtuous CRM+ to Momentum
The following data streams sync from Virtuous CRM+ into Momentum. Momentum syncs changes on a regular cadence and also uses real-time webhooks where available to keep your data current.
