For the Momentum integration with RE NXT, your SKY API limit must be set at 25,000 calls per day. By default, the limit is set at 1,000 calls per day. In order to upgrade, you will need to submit a support ticket to Blackbaud to upgrade. As a Blackbaud customer, your upgrade to 25,000 daily API calls should be free of charge. Follow the steps below to upgrade your quota:
Step 1: Verify Current Quota
Navigate to your Blackbaud Developer Account Subscriptions page and confirm your current quota of API calls.
If your quota is set to the Standard 25,000 calls per day, no action is needed. If you are configuring the integration with Momentum, you're ready to proceed with your RE NXT API Key.
If you are not set to the Standard Tier of 25,000 calls per 24-hour period, you will need to submit a support ticket to Blackbaud to upgrade.
Step 2: Submit Support Ticket
Navigate to the Blackbaud Support Chat and open a new ticket.
Submit the following message:
Hi there,
I work on the Raiser's Edge team at [ORGANIZATION NAME]. We noticed recently that our SKY API quota was set to a number lower than the Standard Tier that we should qualify for.
We are an existing Raiser's Edge customer, and thus should qualify for the Standard Tier of 25,000 calls per day, according to your documentation published here: https://developer.blackbaud.com/subscriptions/
