CRM Connection
Your database administrator can use this tool to connect and manage your CRM integration.
AI Draft Mode
Toggle between two AI settings based on your needs:
- Faster: Drafts more quickly with lighter personalization—ideal for high-volume outreach
- More Accurate: Slower, but produces more personalized, higher-quality drafts
Notifications
Turn email notifications on or off (Outlook/Gmail) to get alerts when a new recommended touchpoint is ready in Momentum.
Email Logging Settings
Use the blacklist tool to prevent Momentum from logging emails to specific addresses or domains—useful for internal team emails or external vendors.
Support Request
Need help? Select Support Request to open a new support ticket via your email provider. Complete the email with a description of your problem and any relevant details or screenshots. Our Support Team will then follow up with you to help troubleshoot the issue.
Log out
Manually log out of Momentum when needed. (We may occasionally ask you to do this to activate new features or updates.)
