Before sending emails through Momentum, you need to load your email signature to include it in any emails sent from Momentum. This article walks you through adding your signature for the first time and updating it later using Microsoft, Gmail, or the Signature Assistant.
Loading Your Email Signature for the First Time
Using the three-line menu in the top right, navigate to the Email Signature page.
Here, select Load Current Signature. This pulls your existing signature from your email provider.
When your signature loads, select Save to add this signature to all emails drafted by Momentum.
Updating Your Existing Email Signature
Using the Email Signature page, find your current Email Signature used when sending emails from Momentum.
If you’ve already made updates to your signature in your email provider (Microsoft or Gmail) select Load Current Signature and then Save to sync the updated signature.
If you wish to make changes to your signature in Momentum directly, use the Chat With The Signature Assistant field to make modifications. For example, add Senior to my title. Select Send to push the prompts to the Proposed Signature section.
Refine, as needed, and Save. This updates the Current Signature section in real time.
Note: Make sure to review the signature in actual email drafts in Momentum. If there are discrepancies between the signature displayed under the Current Signature section and what exists in email composer, use the AI chat to describe what you need.
